Located in the heart of Birmingham, this interior design project for TKR restaurant reinterprets South Asian hospitality through a contemporary design lens. The concept uses rhythm and repetition to guide spatial experience, with a ceiling of parametric red fins creating a sense of enclosure and drama. The palette combines natural textures such as stone, wood, and indoor greenery with bold accents in red, referencing the brand identity while softening the spatial character for a modern, welcoming ambiance. This project marks the brand’s first international expansion, bringing a distinctly localized dining experience into a global context while maintaining a contemporary architectural language rooted in material clarity and spatial articulation.
