This competition proposal for a large-scale mixed-use development in Gujranwala explores the integration of commercial, office, retail, and public functions within a unified architectural framework. The design is defined by a series of horizontally layered volumes that step and shift to create terraces, outdoor amenities, and landscaped social spaces throughout the building. Rather than conceiving the development as a singular object, the project establishes a vertical urban environment where architecture and landscape are interwoven across multiple levels. Extensive terraces, planted edges, and communal spaces contribute to occupant wellbeing while reinforcing the project's identity as a contemporary destination for business, retail, and public life.
