RAWA Resort is a 25-acre hospitality destination currently under construction in Karachi, Pakistan. The project brings together hospitality, recreation, agriculture, landscape, and ecological systems within a single masterplanned environment, creating a diverse yet interconnected visitor experience. Organized around a central circulation spine, the development links waterfront chalets, recreational facilities, sports amenities, agricultural landscapes, animal farms, and public gathering spaces into a cohesive framework. Waterways, landscape corridors, and open green spaces serve as the connective tissue of the masterplan, shaping movement, establishing identity, and enhancing the relationship between the built and natural environment. The project reflects an integrated approach to planning and design, where architecture, landscape, and infrastructure are conceived as complementary components of a unified destination.
