J+ Studio provided full-spectrum LEED consultancy for Silicon Business Tower, a landmark G+15 commercial and office building in Capital Smart City, Islamabad. With a total covered area of over 700,000 SFT, the tower is precertified at the LEED Platinum level under the BD+C: Core & Shell rating system. Our role encompassed credit documentation, energy modeling, daylight simulations, and sustainability strategy development - ensuring seamless integration of performance-driven design across the tower’s retail and office programs. The project is a benchmark for sustainable high-rise development in Pakistan’s emerging smart city context.
