Located in Capital Smart City, Islamabad, B-7 Tower is a commercial high-rise designed by Singapore-based Surbana Jurong. J+ Studio served as the LEED Consultant for the project, spearheading the sustainability strategy from design through documentation. The tower has achieved LEED Platinum Precertification under the LEED BD+C: Core & Shell rating system, reflecting significant reductions in energy and water consumption, as well as up to 30% on-site renewable energy generation. Our scope included credit documentation, coordination with various consultants on energy modelling, daylight modelling, view assessment and strategic guidance to align the project with the highest standards of environmental performance.
